Build My Brand Structure

Drafts your categories, communities, and groups from your website, with your logos, colors, and description, then sets them up once approved.

When Build My Brand Structure runs, Octo, Genuin's Supervised Intelligence interface in Brand Control Center (BCC), drafts your structure from what it read of your website and shows you the plan. Once you approve, Octo sets it up in BCC. It's an Official Supervised Intelligence capability that Genuin publishes in the Capability Marketplace, and it runs as a background job that shows under Background Invocations.

When to use it

Use it after Read My Website has read your site, to get your categories, communities, and groups in place without building them one by one. To build them yourself instead, see Create communities and groups.

How it works

• You give Octo your website URL, your brand name, and the read of your website to draft from.
• Octo plans your categories, communities, and groups from that read, with your logos, colors, and description.
• Octo shows you the plan and waits for your approval, unless you turn off asking first.
• Once you approve, Octo sets up the categories, communities, and groups in BCC.
• It uses Genuin's built-in tools only. Its card shows "No external tools", and Required models shows Default.

Add it to your brand

1. In BCC, go to Marketplace > Marketplace.
2. Search for Build My Brand Structure and click View and add on its Official card.
3. Check Required tools and Required models, then click Add to My Intelligence Capabilities.
4. On your copy under My Capabilities, click Enable in Intelligence.

If your brand already has a copy, the card shows Manage copy instead of View and add.

What Octo asks you

Before it changes anything in BCC, Octo asks: "Here is the structure Octo drafted from your website. Set it up in BCC?"

Octo skips the question when you turn off asking first, or when you grant the standing rule for applying structure. Supervised Intelligence Autonomy and Approvals explains standing rules and how to revoke them.
